A Sales Closer is sought to become part of the Arabic Consultant team, responsible for converting qualified potential clients into closed deals and generating direct revenue for the company.
The role relies on persuasion, negotiation, and managing the sales process from initial contact to successful closing of the deal.
The employee will be provided with pre-qualified potential clients, focusing on closing and achieving results.
Nature of Work- Fully remote work
- Working hours: From 12 PM to 8 PM
- Official holidays: Friday and Saturday
- Working on pre-qualified leads
- Performance is measured by closing rates and deal values
- Results-driven work environment
Contract and Income System- Official employment contract
- No fixed salary at the beginning until performance is proven
- Fixed salary starts from 3600 SAR and may reach 6000 SAR based on performance evaluation
- 20% commission on every successfully closed deal
- No income ceiling
- Every closed deal generates direct income for the employee
Main Responsibilities- Communicating with potential clients through WhatsApp, calls, remote meetings, and on-site meetings
- Understanding and analyzing client needs
- Providing suitable solutions from the company’s services
- Explaining service value in a professional and persuasive manner
- Handling objections related to pricing, hesitation, or comparisons
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Following up on payments until completion
- Maintaining professional relationships with clients
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
The employee is required to use the company’s CRM system to manage all clients and deals.
Responsibilities include:
- Registering all potential clients in the system
- Adding detailed notes for each client
- Managing the full sales cycle through the CRM
Referral and Tracking System
After each completed sale, the deal is recorded in the referral system and linked directly to the responsible employee.
The system is used to:
- Track sales performance
- Calculate commissions accurately
- Link results to actual performance
