Job Purpose
The Branch Manager assumes full executive accountability for governing and leading regional support branch operations, ensuring business continuity, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across the assigned region. The role oversees end-to-end delivery of HR administration, recruitment support, facilities and property management, security, employee transportation and accommodation, and regulatory affairs, while owning regional budgets, service models, and performance outcomes. Through strong governance, stakeholder representation, and leadership of regional teams, the Branch Manager enables sustainable operations and supports the company’s strategic objectives.
Key Accountabilities
Lead and govern regional support branch operations across HR administration, recruitment, maintenance, security, transportation, accommodation, and property management to ensure sustained business continuity and achievement of regional operational objectives.
Establish and approve store-level recruitment and manpower support plans in coordination with HR and operations leadership to ensure workforce readiness, capacity optimization, and alignment with regional business requirements.
Account for the effectiveness and compliance of all HR administrative services delivered to regional stores to ensure accuracy, regulatory adherence, and consistent employee lifecycle management.
Exercise oversight and control over regional facilities, maintenance, and property management portfolios to ensure operational resilience, safety compliance, and cost efficiency
Authorize and govern security, transportation, and accommodation service models to ensure service continuity, employee safety, and compliance with company standards and contractual obligations
Lead and represent regional regulatory affairs engagements with government authorities and internal stakeholders to ensure full compliance, timely approvals, and risk mitigation within the assigned region
Own and control regional operational budgets, expenditures, and third-party service contracts to ensure financial discipline and alignment with approved business plans
Set direction and hold accountability for regional support teams by defining objectives, evaluating performance outcomes, and driving capability development to achieve service excellence
Provide executive-level reporting and escalation on regional performance, risks, and critical issues to the Director of Regional Support Branches & Regulatory Affairs to support strategic decision-making
