We are looking for an experienced Tendering Engineer to join our MEP contracting team.

? Position: Tendering Engineer – MEP

? Job Responsibilities:

• Review tender drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for MEP systems

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals

• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments

• Prepare cost estimates for HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, Fire Alarm, Electrical, and ELV systems

• Ensure timely submission of tenders and compliance documents

• Participate in tender negotiations and project handovers

? Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering

• 3–7 years of experience in MEP tendering/estimation

• Previous experience in MEP contracting companies preferred

• Strong knowledge of Saudi market pricing and suppliers

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and estimation software

• Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction methodologies

? Preferred Skills:

• Ability to read IFC drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and BOQs

• Familiarity with NFPA, IEC, ASHRAE, SBC standards

• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
