Middle East Paints Factory Co. is seeking to hire an experienced and dynamic Production Manager to lead and optimize our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily production operations and ensure achievement of production targets

* Improve production efficiency, productivity, and cost control

* Manage manpower, production planning, and workflow coordination

* Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards

* Coordinate with Technical, QC, Maintenance, Procurement, and Warehouse departments

* Monitor raw material consumption and reduce operational waste

* Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization

* Prepare production reports and performance analysis for management

Skills

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field

* Minimum 5 years of experience in paints, coatings, or chemical manufacturing

* Strong leadership and team management skills

* Good knowledge of production planning and manufacturing systems

* Familiarity with HSE standards and quality management practices

* Ability to work under pressure and achieve operational targets

* ERP system experience is preferred
