Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain document control systems and processes.
  • Manage the preparation, review, distribution, and archiving of project documentation.
  • Coordinate with project teams, clients, and external parties to ensure timely receipt and submission of documents.
  • Ensure all documents meet quality, compliance, and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor document revisions and maintain version control with audit trails.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior document control personnel.
  • Generate reports on document status and project progress for management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in document control, preferably within construction, engineering, or project management sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of document management systems and software.
  • Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Effective communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
