Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain document control systems and processes.
- Manage the preparation, review, distribution, and archiving of project documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, and external parties to ensure timely receipt and submission of documents.
- Ensure all documents meet quality, compliance, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor document revisions and maintain version control with audit trails.
- Provide training and guidance to junior document control personnel.
- Generate reports on document status and project progress for management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in document control, preferably within construction, engineering, or project management sectors.
- Strong knowledge of document management systems and software.
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
