Position Title: HR Specialist

Summary
The HR Specialist is responsible for supporting and executing daily human resources activities, including recruitment assistance, onboarding, employee records management, attendance tracking, and HR documentation. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with HR systems.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.

Support recruitment activities such as job posting, CV screening, and interview scheduling.

Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Monitor attendance, leaves, and related HR data.

Prepare HR letters, forms, and internal communications.

Provide accurate attendance and employee data to support payroll preparation.

Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and assist in their implementation.

Generate basic HR reports when required.

Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support.
Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1 3 years of experience in HR or administrative positions.

Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
