RUWA is seeking a highly experienced and result-driven Construction Manager to oversee our upcoming prestigious high-rise and residential hotel projects in Riyadh. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in managing vertical structures, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities for high-rise residential and hotel buildings.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project progress and implement strategic adjustments to meet strict deadlines.
• Ensure full compliance with safety, building codes, and quality control standards.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and manpower allocation effectively.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements (Strict Criteria)

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of solid experience as a Construction Manager.
• Project Portfolio: Must have direct experience in High-Rise Buildings, Luxury Hotels, and Residential Complexes.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Primavera) and Power BI for reporting.
• Location: Currently based in Saudi Arabia (Transferable Iqama is a plus).
• Communication: Strong leadership skills and professional fluency in English.
