• Manage and maintain SQL Server databases across environments
• Ensure high performance, security, and availability
• Handle backup, restore, and recovery processes
• Monitor database health and optimize performance
• Implement best practices and database standards
• Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of experience in Database Administration
3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server
Strong experience in HA/DR, Clustering, Always On
Expertise in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization
Experience with upgrades, migrations, and patching
Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, Azure Administrator) preferred
Knowledge of Oracle is a plus
