Job Summary:
The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for visitors and investors at the bank’s head office, delivering a high-end, professional, and seamless customer experience. This role ensures exceptional guest handling, supports senior management, and upholds the organization’s premium service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all visitors and investors, ensuring a professional, courteous, and welcoming experience at all times.
- Manage reception operations, including guest handling, visitor registration, and coordination of appointments for high-profile clients and stakeholders.
- Provide personalized assistance to visitors, ensuring comfort, confidentiality, and a seamless experience throughout their visit.
- Support senior management and client-facing teams by facilitating effective communication and smooth service delivery.
- Maintain exceptional standards of grooming, presentation, etiquette, and customer service in line with a premium corporate environment.
- Anticipate client needs proactively and resolve issues efficiently to enhance satisfaction and reinforce a positive image of the bank.
- Handle client complaints or dissatisfaction with professionalism, empathy, and prompt resolution to maintain trust and service excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Saudi National (mandatory)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage high-profile clients with discretion and confidentiality
- Prior experience in hospitality, front office, or customer service is preferred
