Overview:
Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Asset Management to support the Head of Asset Management in shaping and delivering a citywide asset management framework. This is a crucial role responsible for ensuring assets are governed, accepted, managed, monitored, and renewed in a consistent, risk-based, and data-led way across the city.
As the Senior Asset Manager, you will play a key role in developing the city's asset strategy, strengthening governance, improving asset data and configuration control, and supporting lifecycle planning and handover readiness. Your leadership will help ensure the city's assets are managed safely, efficiently, and in line with long-term service and investment objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the development and implementation of the City-wide Asset Strategy, including policy, governance, scope, roles, and responsibilities Support Head of AM, in the development of Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP), ensuring asset decisions balance value, risk, cost, and service outcomes Develop and maintain the asset classification and hierarchy framework to enable a consistent citywide approach by district, asset class, system, and structure Oversee the central asset register and configuration control processes, ensuring data quality, standards, and supporting documentation are accurate, complete, and up to date Support asset adoption, vesting, and acceptance processes, including readiness checks, handover evidence, certifications, and acceptance criteria Contribute to lifecycle planning and risk-based governance, including 10-year renewal plans, budget planning, investment prioritisation, and renewal triggers Develop and maintain the condition and performance monitoring framework, including asset health models, inspection regimes, and oversight reporting Support asset criticality and resilience assessments, including assurance reporting and service impact tiering Manage interface governance between FM delivery teams, districts, City Ops, and other stakeholders to ensure clear ownership and effective collaboration Provide analysis, reporting, and strategic recommendations to the Head of Asset Management and senior stakeholders
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred Experience of working in asset management for a city municipality and/or property management or operations. Applied Knowledge and understanding of ISO55001 standards Working with industry best practices for implementing an effective asset management process across the lifecycle of physical assets At least 7 years of experience in asset management, preferably in large-scale developments or entertainment sectors Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and collaborating across departments Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Proactive problem-solving skills and strategic mindset Experience with asset management software and financial reporting tools Knowledge of the regional market and regulatory environment is advantageous
