Production Manager – Wood Workshop

Most people think they can manage a workshop.
Very few actually can.
FEIZO Design is building a serious joinery and wood production operation in Riyadh, and we are looking for a Production Manager who understands how real production works.
This is not a desk job. This is a leadership role inside the workshop.
If your experience is limited to reports, meetings, and excuses — this position is not for you.
Your Responsibility
You will take full control of the wood workshop production, organize the team, and build a structured production system.
Your mission is simple but demanding:
Transform the current workshop into a fully operational production facility within 6 months.
That includes:
• Managing carpenters and technicians• Controlling production schedules• Reading and executing shop drawings accurately• Building an efficient workflow from raw material to final installation• Identifying required machines and improving production capacity• Maintaining strict quality standards for luxury interior projects
We expect someone who can lead from the workshop floor — not from an office chair.
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in joinery / wood production• Strong knowledge of woodworking machines and workshop operations• Proven ability to manage production teams• Strong understanding of shop drawings, cutting lists, and BOQ• Experience in luxury furniture or high-end interior fit-out
