Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.8–12 years of relevant experience in:Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) systems and products. Power transformers and related solutions. Utilities and power sector / energy infrastructure projects. Proven track record in managing strategic/key accounts. Strong understanding of utility market dynamics and large-scale projects. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage long-term relationships with key utility and strategic clients. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in alignment with company objectives. Lead customer engagement throughout the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification to contract closure. Coordinate with engineering, product, and commercial teams to deliver tailored technical solutions. Prepare and present technical/commercial proposals, and manage tendering processes. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to support business growth.
