We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and strategic client engagement across the security and Structured cabling sector.
The ideal candidate is commercially sharp, relationship-driven, and capable of identifying and closing high-value opportunities while contributing to overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive new business acquisition to achieve annual revenue targets
• Identify and develop opportunities for integrated solutions (CCTV, access control, AV, structured cabling and related systems)
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects across target industries
• Lead the full sales cycle, including prospecting, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closing
• Engage with decision-makers and stakeholders at multiple levels to understand business needs and position tailored solutions
• Develop strategic partnerships and channels to accelerate market penetration
• Work closely with technical and operations teams to ensure commercially viable and competitive proposals
• Monitor market trends, competitor positioning, and emerging opportunities
• Should have knowledge in latest technology and AI oriented system.

Requirements & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field
• 5–10 years of experience in business development or solution-based sales within relevant industries
• Proven track record of closing high-value deals and achieving annual revenue
