Job Title: Sales Executive (FMCG) Food and Non Food OR

Sales Executive (Rice category)


Location: KSA Jeddha Riyadh Jeddah Dammam Medina Buraidah Jizan

Department: Distribution/Wholesale

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving volume and revenue growth by managing and expanding our footprint within the Wholesale, Traditional Retail, and Discount Center sectors. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of high-volume sales and the ability to maintain strong credit control across a diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale accounts, retail outlets, and discount centers.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and increasing share of wallet within existing accounts.

  • Identify and onboard new discount centers and retail partners to expand the product reach across the KSA market.

  • Work closely with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure stock availability and prompt delivery to high-turnover wholesale points.

  • Ensure products are well-positioned within retail environments and discount stores to maximize consumer pull.

  • Strictly monitor outstanding balances and ensure timely payment collection in accordance with company credit policies.

  • Track competitor pricing and stock movements within the wholesale and discount sectors, providing regular feedback to management.


Required Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.  

  • Minimum 1+ Years experience in FMCG wholesale or General Retail Distribution.

  • Knowledge of the KSA market is mandatory

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).  

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 

  • Knowledge of Malayalam language is mandatory. 

  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Consistent achievement of sales quotas within the Wholesale and Retail channels.

  • Number of new retail and discount center accounts opened and successfully maintained.

  • Successful placement and rotation of the full product range across all assigned accounts.

  • Maintenance of a healthy aging report with zero or minimal overdue payments.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Wholesale Rice Distribution: Specialized knowledge of the rice commodity market, including grain varieties, seasonal pricing trends, and bulk storage requirements.

  2. HORECA Sales Mastery: Proven ability to penetrate the Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering sector, managing high-volume supply contracts and quality consistency.

  3. Modern Trade Management: Experience managing "Key Accounts" such as hypermarkets and large retail chains, focusing on shelf-share, listing, and merchandising.

  4. Route-to-Market Strategy: Expert in mapping distribution territories across KSA (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam) to maximize delivery efficiency.
