Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in IT support, networking, Microsoft 365 administration, Azure administration, cloud monitoring, and day-to-day IT operations.
This role requires someone who is proactive, technically strong, organized, and able to support users, systems, networks, cloud platforms, and physical security systems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when needed.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, software, peripherals, and user devices.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT documentation.
Microsoft 365 Administration
- Manage users, licenses, groups, and access permissions.
- Support Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Handle Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and basic admin configurations.
- Support users with Microsoft 365-related issues and requests.
Network & Security Support
- Support and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, Wi-Fi, and access points.
- Troubleshoot connectivity, internet, and VoIP-related issues.
- Assist in firewall configuration, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Support basic network security practices and access control.
Cloud & Azure Support
- Monitor Azure resources and troubleshoot related issues.
- Support Azure administration, security, and governance activities.
- Manage backup and disaster recovery processes.
- Track system performance, resource usage, and cost optimization.
Physical Security Systems
- Manage and support access control systems, including doors and entry systems.
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems.
IT Operations
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, backups, and health checks.
- Maintain IT procedures, documentation, asset records, and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and user experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT Support or IT Administration.
- Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 Administration, including:
- User and license management
- Exchange Online
- Microsoft Teams
- SharePoint / OneDrive
- Security and compliance settings
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Administration and Monitoring.
- Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals, including switching, firewall, Wi-Fi, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and system monitoring.
- Familiarity with access control and CCTV systems is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical requests.
