Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed cost estimates based on project scope and specifications.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to gather relevant information.
  • Analyze costs related to materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Update and maintain cost databases and standard estimating procedures.
  • Assist in preparing bids and proposals.
  • Provide cost-related input during project reviews and meetings.
  • Ensure estimates comply with company standards and policies.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and costs.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in cost estimation in construction or related industries.
