Skills
• Experience of 1 to 3 years in recruitment.
• Preferably, experience in group recruitment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve goals.
• Experience in recruiting for teams or field teams.
• Knowledge of the labor market and recruitment in Saudi Arabia.
• Basic salary of 3500 Riyals + performance-based bonuses.
• Total monthly income can reach 6000 – 8000 Riyals for high performers.
• Transfer of sponsorship is available.
• Medical insurance and accommodation provided.
• 22 days of annual leave.
