Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to procurement and sourcing
- Configure and implement SAP Ariba modules based on business needs
- Support integration between SAP Ariba and backend ERP systems
- Work closely with business users, vendors, and technical teams
- Provide functional support, issue resolution, and system enhancements
- Assist in testing, UAT, and deployment activities
- Ensure compliance with organizational procurement policies and standards
- Train end users and provide post-go-live support

Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant with strong expertise in procurement and supply chain solutions.
Preferred candidate profile
- 5 to 10 years of experience in SAP, with strong hands-on experience in SAP Ariba
- Expertise in Ariba modules such as Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP)
- Strong understanding of procurement processes (P2P Procure to Pay)
- Experience in SAP Ariba integration with SAP ECC or S/4HANA using CIG/PI/PO
- Experience in configuration, implementation, and support of Ariba solutions
- Knowledge of supplier onboarding, catalog enablement, and invoice management
- Familiarity with Ariba Network and supplier collaboration processes
- Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and solution design
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile/SAP Activate methodology is an advantage
- Previous experience in the Middle East (Saudi Arabia preferred) is a plus
