Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand identities and visual systems
  • Design packaging, campaign visuals, social media content, and marketing materials
  • Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints and brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams on creative projects
  • Manage multiple brands and prioritize creative tasks effectively
  • Translate business objectives into compelling visual concepts
  • Maintain high standards of creativity, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Develop, refine, and maintain the overall brand strategy and visual identity
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the brand design team to deliver cohesive and innovative design solutions
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and executive teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms and communication channels
  • Drive the creation and implementation of brand guidelines across all brands
  • Oversee the design and production of brand assets, campaigns, presentations, and creative materials
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market movements, and competitor activities to keep the brand fresh and competitive
  • Manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Branding, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand design, with proven leadership or management roles.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, visual identity, and creative leadership.
  • Excellent knowledge of design software including Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into creative solutions.
  • Experience managing and developing a creative team.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders.
