Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand identities and visual systems
- Design packaging, campaign visuals, social media content, and marketing materials
- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints and brand guidelines
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams on creative projects
- Manage multiple brands and prioritize creative tasks effectively
- Translate business objectives into compelling visual concepts
- Maintain high standards of creativity, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Develop, refine, and maintain the overall brand strategy and visual identity
- Lead, mentor, and manage the brand design team to deliver cohesive and innovative design solutions
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and executive teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms and communication channels
- Drive the creation and implementation of brand guidelines across all brands
- Oversee the design and production of brand assets, campaigns, presentations, and creative materials
- Stay updated on industry trends, market movements, and competitor activities to keep the brand fresh and competitive
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Branding, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand design, with proven leadership or management roles.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, visual identity, and creative leadership.
- Excellent knowledge of design software including Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into creative solutions.
- Experience managing and developing a creative team.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders.
