Roles & Responsibilities
Precision Restoration: Perform high-level physical repairs on Printed Board Assemblies (PBA) and sub-components using advanced soldering and technical tools.
Diagnostic Troubleshooting: Interpret complex circuit diagrams and electrical schematics to locate and fix hardware malfunctions while maintaining strict document security protocols.
System & Software Management: Utilize specialized diagnostic software (e.g., Odin PGM) to manage defect data and perform device recovery.
Operational Compliance: Conduct daily inspections of the repair environment, including ESD (Electrostatic Discharge), temperature, and humidity levels, to ensure safe handling of sensitive components.
Inventory & Logistics: Oversee the flow of repair materials (FOC), manage spare parts inventory, and handle non-repairing treatment plans.
Technical Analytics & Training: Analyze failure trends to report findings to engineering and provide In-Line repair training to production staff to improve overall quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
1 2 years of experience in professional electronics repair, manufacturing, or assembly.
Bachelor s degree in engineering or a 2-year Technical Diploma/College degree in a relevant engineering field (Electronics, Industrial or Systems Engineering preferred).
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply if you hold a major in Electronic Engineering.
