JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead the Building Information Modeling initiatives within the organization.
The successful candidate will manage BIM processes, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure BIM standards are adhered to across all projects, supporting JASARA PMC's commitment to delivering high-quality social infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities Develop and implement BIM execution plans aligned with project requirements and industry standards.
Manage BIM models ensuring accuracy, coordination, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams to integrate BIM workflows effectively.
Conduct clash detection, resolve conflicts, and improve model quality.
Provide BIM training and support to project teams to enhance BIM adoption and capability.
Stay updated with latest BIM technologies, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proper data management and digital delivery requirements are met.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in BIM management, with a solid background in large infrastructure or construction projects.
Proficiency in BIM software including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and other relevant tools.
Strong knowledge of BIM standards such as ISO 19650.
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
Experience working in the Middle East region and familiarity with local construction practices is preferred.
