About the Firm This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading international law firm at a pivotal moment in its regional growth. With a well-established presence in the Middle East spanning more than two decades, the firm has built a strong reputation for advising on high-profile, multi-jurisdictional matters across the region. The firm recently expanded into Saudi Arabia, opening two new offices in the Kingdom. Its Saudi practice advises across corporate, transport, marine, energy and infrastructure, construction, litigation, private wealth and finance. The Role This is a newly created position, reflecting the continued growth of the firm's Riyadh office. The successful candidate will support two Partners plus team, covering Corporate, Energy and Infrastructure. This role encompasses a broad range of administrative, financial and business development responsibilities. The working week is Sunday to Thursday, with hybrid working available: three days in the office and two from home. Key Responsibilities * Manage complex diaries across multiple time zones, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring meetings run smoothly * Arrange international travel, visas and itineraries in compliance with firm policy * Prepare meeting materials, track actions and ensure timely follow-up * Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients, supporting business development activities including research, pitch preparation and event coordination * Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure client information is accurate and current * Oversee new client and matter onboarding, ensuring compliance requirements are met and documentation is completed accurately * Coordinate billing processes using Aderant, including generating prebills, preparing invoices and attending WIP and credit control meetings * Act as gatekeeper for fee earners, managing correspondence with discretion and drafting high-quality documents and communications * Provide general office operations support and liaise with regional finance and BD teams, contributing to the smooth running of the office during its current growth phase

Candidate Requirements * Saudi National * Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Legal Assistant, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment * Excellent academic background * Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience using a billing system such as Aderant * Strong commercial and financial acumen * Fully bilingual in Arabic and English, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels * Professional and confident, with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with partners and clients * Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure * A collaborative, can-do approach with a willingness to take initiative and contribute to a growing office Why Apply The Riyadh office is at an early and dynamic stage of its development, and this role offers genuine visibility and the chance to make a real contribution to how the office operates day to day.
