Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ERP Pre-Sales Consultant with strong domain expertise in Construction, Contracting, Real Estate, or Infrastructure industries. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of project lifecycle processes, ERP solutions for construction businesses, and strong client-facing capabilities. This role involves engaging with customers, conducting solution demonstrations, understanding business requirements, supporting proposal creation, and collaborating with delivery and sales teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Domain & Business Consulting
Understand client business processes across construction, contracting, real estate, and infrastructure sectors.
Engage with stakeholders to analyze project lifecycle requirements including:
Provide consulting inputs on cost vs revenue management and project profitability.
Support business process mapping and gap analysis.
ERP Pre-Sales & Solutioning
Conduct ERP product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and solution walkthroughs.
Participate in requirement gathering workshops and discovery sessions.
Prepare and respond to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs with functional and solution-oriented inputs.
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to prepare solution architectures and proposals.
Present ERP capabilities and business solutions to CXOs, project teams, finance teams, and operational stakeholders.
Assist in effort estimation, solution positioning, and competitive differentiation.
Client Engagement & Collaboration
Build strong relationships with prospective clients and internal stakeholders.
Work closely with implementation, product, and sales teams to ensure successful solution positioning.
Support transition from pre-sales to implementation teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
A. Domain Expertise
5+ years of experience in:
Strong understanding of construction project lifecycle and project controls.
Knowledge of finance processes related to projects and contracting business.
B. ERP Exposure
Candidate should have worked on at least one of the following:

C. Pre-Sales Capability
Demonstrated experience in:
ERP demos and Proof of Concepts (POC)
RFP / proposal response preparation
Requirement gathering workshops
Solution architecture discussions
Client presentations and stakeholder management
Business consulting and solution mapping
