A leading industrial group is looking for a Human Resources Operations Specialist to work in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and monitoring daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies. Additionally, the role includes managing governmental systems related to HR operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll operations and review them regularly.
- Prepare and update employment contracts via the (Qiwa) platform.
- Monitor work and residency permits through (Maqeem).
- Coordinate with social insurance (GOSI).
- Manage and update employee data and files.
- Support HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, offboarding).
- Prepare regular reports related to HR operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi labor laws.
Skills
Required Skills:
- 4 to 5 years of experience in HR operations.
- Familiarity with systems: (Qiwa, Maqeem, social insurance, Mudad).
- Good understanding of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time and work under pressure.
- Effective communication skills and teamwork.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel).
- Fluency in Arabic is required with a good level of English proficiency.
