Job description
The Senior Manager - Commercial - Systems & Rolling Stock is responsible for leading the commercial strategy and management related to the systems and rolling stock aspects of Qiddiya's transport infrastructure.
This role oversees contract negotiations, vendor management, financial reporting, and commercial risk mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery aligns with budgetary, timeline, and quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the commercial strategy for systems and rolling stock procurement and maintenance, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives and financial targets.
Lead contract negotiations, manage commercial terms, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Oversee vendor and supplier relationships, including performance reviews, claims management, and cost control.
Collaborate closely with project management, engineering, legal, and finance teams to ensure integrated commercial oversight.
Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and variances related to systems and rolling stock, reporting regularly to senior management.
Identify and mitigate commercial risks, implementing strategies to minimize exposure and ensure contractual protections.
Support the preparation and delivery of commercial reports, presentations, and analyses for key stakeholders.
Drive localization efforts, ensuring compliance with in-Kingdom value addition and Saudization initiatives within the commercial scope.
Ensure alignment with Qiddiya's values, safety standards, and quality expectations throughout all commercial activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Law, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of commercial management experience within the transport or infrastructure sector, with significant exposure to systems and rolling stock.
Proven track record in contract negotiation, vendor management, and commercial risk management.
Experience working in large-scale projects, ideally within a Middle Eastern context.
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and commercial reporting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with localization policies such as IKTVA and Saudization.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, complex environment.
