Job Summary: Maharah Human Resources Company is seeking a highly motivated Direct Sales Representative to drive sales and build strong relationships with clients.
The role involves actively engaging with potential customers, promoting our services, and achieving sales targets through direct interaction.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and prospect potential clients through direct sales activities Present and promote company services effectively to meet client needs Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth Prepare sales proposals and negotiate terms with clients Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Proven experience in direct sales or related sales roles Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
