Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases of major projects, including handling client relationships, coordinating between advisory teams.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and trackers.
- Effectively manage project resources, budgets, and timelines.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure clear and timely communication with all project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and other external partners.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management.
- Foster strong client relationships through excellent stakeholder management.
- Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, from senior management to project teams.
- Understand and meet the client's needs and expectations.
- Manage client expectations and keep them informed of project progress and any challenges.
- Resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate the work of different advisory consortiums, including financial, technical, and legal workstreams.
- Ensure that all workstreams are aligned and working towards the same goals.
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise between the workstreams.
- Lead drafting key deliverables for public sector projects, including business cases, financial/VFM models, and project documentation.
- Ensure that all deliverables are of high quality and meet the requirements of the client and the relevant government authorities.
- Coordinate with the client and other stakeholders to ensure that all necessary information is collected and submitted in a timely manner.
- Develop and issue tender documents.
- Manage the tender process and evaluate bids.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA/CA or relevant advanced degree is advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate consulting.
- Proven track record of success in delivering large and complex projects in Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Understanding of regional business culture and regulations.
- Language: Bilingual Arabic and English.
- Certifications and Licenses: PMP desired.
Desired Candidate Profile
