Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Carry out unit handover inspections for entertainment, retail and F&B units across assigned developments, ensuring readiness for tenant fit-out works
- Manage the day-to-day coordination of multiple tenant fit-out projects simultaneously, acting as the on-site point of contact
- Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and mall design guidelines
- Attend and lead site meetings with tenants, tenant project managers, contractors, and consultants as required
- Witness MEP testing and commissioning activities, ensuring systems are installed, tested, and commissioned in accordance with approved standards
- Track and review construction and fit-out programs, identifying risks, delays, and coordination issues early
- Review and interpret architectural, MEP, and coordination drawings, ensuring works are executed accordingly
- Prepare and submit weekly progress and quality reports for each assigned unit, including photographs, key issues, risks, and recommendations
- Provide accurate and timely site intelligence and reporting to the Project Lead based in Dubai, supporting informed decision-making
- Maintain professional, client-facing communication with all stakeholders, representing the project team on site
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical/plumbing, Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in entertainment, retail and/or F&B fit-out projects, ideally multi-site developments, with strong exposure to MEP works
- Solid understanding of both construction and MEP disciplines, enabling effective coordination and issue resolution
- Experience working in client-facing roles, liaising confidently with tenants, consultants, and contractors
- Ability to interpret, monitor, and report on project programmes
- Strong capability in reading, interpreting, and utilising construction drawings (architectural and MEP)
- Sufficient seniority to work autonomously with minimal supervision in a remote working structure
- Valid driving license (mandatory for role due to travel requirements across sites)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong team player with the ability to build relationships.
- Clear and logical thinker with well-developed report writing.
- Ability to take initiative and work proactively.
- Ability to work flexible schedules to ensure successful and timely delivery of projects.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a co-operative attitude.
- The ability to understand and make use of computers and information technology (KF Internal Systems).
- Understanding of regional business culture and regulations.
- Language skills: Fluency in English, written and verbal is essential. Arabic would be an advantage.
- Travel: Flexible attitude towards travelling.
