Job Responsibilities:
Functional Responsibilities
- Manage coordination for international brokerage and referral partners, supporting partner identification, onboarding, and ongoing engagement.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of partner records, contracts, profiles, and transaction data within CRM systems and internal databases.
- Manage partner enablement activities, including training logistics, materials preparation, scheduling, and follow-up actions.
- Track partner activity, leads, and residential sales pipeline updates, ensuring timely data capture and reporting accuracy.
- Prepare recurring operational and performance reports on partner engagement, lead flow, and conversion trends.
- Support structured partner communications and updates in alignment with approved sales messaging and governance guidelines
- Assist in incentive tracking, commission coordination, and related documentation in collaboration with finance and sales operations teams
- Liaise with internal sales, marketing, legal, and operations teams to resolve partner-related operational, documentation, or data issues
- Ensure compliance with approved partner governance frameworks, processes, and documentation requirements for international residential transactions

Desired Candidate Profile
Academic Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in business administration, Real Estate, or Finance, or a related field.
Years of Experience: 6 years of relevant experience.
Other Requirements: Holding a market-recognized certification in real estate or business development is preferred.
