Roles & Responsibilities

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Construction Manager (Saudi National) to join our team! In this role you will get to lead and manage all on-site construction activities for large-scale projects, ensuring delivery in line with scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage and oversee all field construction activities across the project lifecycle.
  • Plan construction activities, identifying critical milestones, priorities, and sequencing of work.
  • Develop budget estimates and determine staffing requirements aligned with project scope and schedule.
  • Ensure timely availability of subcontractors, materials, and construction equipment to maintain productivity.
  • Assign and manage Construction Superintendents across different work areas, monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Oversee allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment to optimize efficiency and meet project targets.
  • Monitor project performance, proactively identifying risks and resolving issues to avoid delays.
  • Ensure implementation of sound construction practices to achieve required quality standards at optimal cost.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with company and client policies, including safety and labor relations requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact with clients, subcontractors, and government authorities on construction matters.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and support project delivery objectives.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support development of construction team members.
  • Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as required.

  • Bachelor s Degree in a construction-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 11+ years of experience in field construction, including large-scale civil, structural, or industrial projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project execution, and site management.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of contract requirements, project controls, and construction planning.
