Job Description:
- Provide direct support to the Project Manager in staff development, project control, quality management, and business development activities.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in planning, offering technical guidance and best practice solutions.
- Monitor productivity and performance of assigned personnel.
- Track and report project financials and maintain quality control documentation.
- Review deliverables to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide advice and guidance on regulatory and environmental compliance issues.
- Develop and present recommendations aligned with governmental regulations and project objectives.
- Review environmental and technical impact reports and recommend adjustments to project plans as required.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and effective planning solutions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and adherence to industry standards.
- Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as required.

- Bachelor s Degree in Urban Planning, Environmental Planning, or a related field.
- Typically 11+ years of related experience in planning and project environments.
- Strong understanding of project control, planning methodologies, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to perform in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Proficiency in standard PC applications and planning-related software tools.
