Roles & Responsibilities

Implement and monitor approved health and safety policies and procedures across all company facilities.
Ensure full compliance with Saudi Civil Defense regulations and all relevant laws and safety standards.
Conduct regular site inspections across all Facilities locations, report findings and violations, and ensure timely corrective actions are implemented
Monitor the readiness and efficiency of fire and life safety systems (fire alarms, sprinklers, and fire-fighting systems).
Ensure the validity and approval of inspection and maintenance reports issued by authorized entities, and maintain all required safety-related licenses
Ensure compliance with safety requirements in all contractor and service provider activities within company premises.
Review and monitor adherence to safety requirements in daily operational activities.
Prepare and update Risk Assessments for all sites and operational activities.
Investigate incidents and accidents, determine root causes, and prepare preventive action reports and recommendations.
Develop and implement emergency response and evacuation plans in coordination with Facilities Management and relevant authorities.
Conduct regular fire and emergency drills in accordance with Civil Defense requirements.
Monitor safety-related permits and licenses to ensure continuous regulatory compliance.
Follow up on Civil Defense observations and ensure timely closure of all findings.
Coordinate with external stakeholders (Civil Defense, safety service providers, contractors).
Participate in inspections and audits conducted by regulatory authorities.
Prepare periodic health and safety reports and submit them to senior management.
Promote and enhance safety culture through awareness and training programs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field, such as:
Risk Management, Environmental Sciences, Quality Management, or any field related to Health, Safety, and Environment.
Professional certifications such as:
NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) added advantage
IOSH Managing Safely added advantage
Good knowledge of Saudi Civil Defense regulations and fire protection requirements.
Knowledge of fire and life safety systems (Fire Alarm Systems, Sprinkler Systems, Fire Fighting Systems).
Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Management System ISO 45001 (added advantage).
3 5 years of experience in health and safety roles.
Strong experience in operational environments or Facilities Management is a strong advantage.
Ability to conduct risk assessments and manage incident investigations.
Strong technical reporting, analysis, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Ability to work in field environments across multiple sites.
Commitment to working under pressure with a high level of discipline and operational standards.
