Roles & Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Process customer orders received via email, phone, or other channels, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specific requirements (e.g., consignment, bundled orders, returns, free-of-charge deliveries)
- Monitor the end-to-end delivery process, coordinating with distribution centers and logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries
- Arrange and coordinate special or urgent deliveries when required
- Manage invoicing activities, ensuring timely and accurate billing
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of orders and related records
- Handle and resolve customer service complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Respond to inquiries from sales representatives, healthcare professionals (pharmacists, nurses, doctors) regarding orders, product availability, and deliveries
- Manage and follow up on backorders, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and issue resolution
- Support team operations by providing backup assistance when required
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years' experience in customer service or order-to-cash processes, ideally within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or a regulated industry
- Experience working with SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrix environment
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn and develop
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
