Roles & Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Process customer orders received via email, phone, or other channels, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specific requirements (e.g., consignment, bundled orders, returns, free-of-charge deliveries)
  • Monitor the end-to-end delivery process, coordinating with distribution centers and logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries
  • Arrange and coordinate special or urgent deliveries when required
  • Manage invoicing activities, ensuring timely and accurate billing
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of orders and related records
  • Handle and resolve customer service complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Respond to inquiries from sales representatives, healthcare professionals (pharmacists, nurses, doctors) regarding orders, product availability, and deliveries
  • Manage and follow up on backorders, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and issue resolution
  • Support team operations by providing backup assistance when required

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field

  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years' experience in customer service or order-to-cash processes, ideally within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or a regulated industry
  • Experience working with SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrix environment
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn and develop
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
