A leading Construction Project is urgently hiring for the role of QC Inspector - Electrical
QUALIFICATION:Diploma in Electrical Engineering (mandatory) or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline Additional technical training or certification in Electrical QA/QC or Inspection Minimum 5+ years of GCC experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform inspection of electrical works as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards Inspect installation of cables, cable trays, conduits, panels, switchgear, lighting, and earthing systems Ensure materials delivered to site comply with approved submittals and project requirements Monitor electrical installation, testing, and commissioning activities Prepare and review inspection reports, checklists, and QA/QC documentation Witness testing activities such as cable insulation resistance (IR), continuity tests, earthing tests, and functional tests Ensure compliance with international standards and project specifications (IEC, IEEE, etc.) Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and QA/QC team for inspections and approvals Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective actions Maintain proper records of inspections, test results, and approvals Ensure implementation of quality control procedures and safety standards on site
