Job Description
The Mechanical Manager will oversee all mechanical (MEP) aspects of projects, ensuring efficient design, installation, and operation of systems. The role requires strong technical leadership and coordination with project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage mechanical design and execution across projects
Review and approve MEP designs and shop drawings
Ensure compliance with international and local standards
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams
Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning activities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
13–15+ years of experience in MEP within construction/real estate projects
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems
Proven experience managing teams and complex projects
Strong coordination and leadership skills
