Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee project delivery across all phases
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Monitor project progress and mitigate risks
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Report on project performance to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 13 15+ years of experience in construction and real estate development
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- PMP or similar certification is a plus
