We are seeking a results-driven Operations Supervisor to oversee our multi-unit F&B operations. You will be responsible for maintaining brand integrity through rigorous auditing, kitchen inspections, and SOP enforcement across all branches.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Oversight: Manage and audit multi-unit F&B operations to ensure peak performance.
Quality Control: Conduct regular kitchen inspections to maintain high standards in food quality, hygiene, and plating.
SOP Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and service protocols across all locations.
Recipe Consistency: Monitor Indian multi-cuisine preparation to ensure flavor and quality remain uniform.
Performance Auditing: Identify operational gaps and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Requirements
Experience: Proven background in F&B auditing or multi-unit supervision.
Cuisine Knowledge: Deep expertise in Indian multi-cuisine and recipe management.
