Roles & Responsibilities

We re looking for a thoughtful and innovative Product Designer to help shape the future of financial experiences for SMEs. In this role, you ll go beyond aesthetics owning the full design lifecycle from research to execution. You will deeply understand user needs, craft intuitive experiences, and continuously iterate based on real-world insights.

You ll also explore how emerging technologies especially AI-driven design tools and intelligent interfaces can enhance user experiences and streamline workflows. Your work will directly influence how businesses interact with financial tools, making complex processes feel simple, accessible, and empowering.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to uncover insights and validate design decisions

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms

• Design intuitive, scalable, and visually engaging user experiences across products

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders

• Iterate on designs using feedback, analytics, and data-driven insights

• Contribute to and evolve design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency

• Stay current with design trends, tools, and AI-driven innovation in product design

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

• 2 - 4+ years of experience in product, UX, or UI design

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and execution

• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards

• Experience working with or contributing to design systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

• Experience working in agile or cross-functional product teams

• Exposure to fintech, SaaS, or SME-focused products

• Interest in leveraging AI tools in the design process
