Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Real Estate Development Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
We’re currently partnering with a high-growth real estate developer in Saudi Arabia that is building large-scale, master-planned communities with a strong focus on design, technology, and customer experience.
Our client is searching for a COO-level leader to take full ownership of development and operations across a major portfolio.
This is a rare chance to step into a true end-to-end leadership role, overseeing:
Master planning, design, and development strategy Full construction lifecycle (tendering, delivery, cost, quality) Operational readiness and long-term asset performance Integration of smart / tech-enabled infrastructure Building and leading a multi-disciplinary team
You will act as the bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards.
The opportunity:

Candidate requirements: Extensive experience in real estate development and/or large-scale asset operations Proven track record delivering large, mixed-use or master-planned developments Strong experience across design, construction, and operations Background working in the GCC (ideally Saudi Arabia) Ability to operate as a hands-on “player-coach” in a scaling environment
This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, evolving environment. It will suit individuals who are comfortable balancing strategy with execution and stepping into the detail when needed.
