The client is looking to hire a Senior Implementation Engineer – Cybereason for their team at Riyadh.
Role Overview:
The Senior Implementation Engineer will be responsible for the deployment, configuration, and operationalization of the Cybereason EDR solution within the customer environment, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install, configure, and deploy Cybereason EDR components across endpoints.* Perform system integration with existing infrastructure (Active Directory, SIEM, etc.).* Execute onboarding of endpoints and validate telemetry and policy enforcement.* Implement best-practice configurations as defined by the SME.* Troubleshoot and resolve deployment and performance issues.* Develop and maintain technical documentation (HLD, LLD, runbooks).* Support testing, tuning, and go-live activities.* Provide post-implementation support and stabilization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 5–7+ years in security solution implementation.* Proven hands-on experience with Cybereason deployment and configuration.* Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux endpoints and enterprise IT environments.* Experience with scripting (Power Shell, Python) is advantageous.* Familiarity with networking, endpoint security, and system administration.* Experience in banking or regulated environments is preferred.
