Title: Organizational Design Manager Department: Human Resources Location: Riyadh
Core Responsibilities:
Develop & revise SAB organizational structure studies, initiatives and improvement while working collaboratively and consultatively across all layers of management to analyze needs and design and develop change management solutions that meet organizational culture, diversity and team development requirements in support of a culture of excellence and high performance. Develop the strategic workforce planning initiatives and ensures the implementation of proper organizational structure activities. Develop and implement the competencies framework through the governance of the job creation process and ensure the continues integration of the model with various HR activities to optimize career advancement opportunities. Contributes to the annual exercises of staff budgeting addressing staff cost, Incentive and Bonuses. Develop, implement and support bank-wide initiatives related to the optimization of structural changes, employee cost, efficiency and career advancement. Assess and review of SAB’s organization structures to ensure efficiency in achieving its strategic and operational objectives. Develops and govern the job evaluation scheme to determine appropriate and fair grades for all roles across the organization and ensures that all jobs within SAB are evaluated in a timely manner to ensure the competitive application of grading to support reward structures and career advancement programs. Develops the career advancement process and monitors implementation to ensure alignment with established policies and guidelines related to nominations for promotional or career change purposes. Develops, designs, monitors and controls the HR policies to ensure that the best people management practices are in place in order to make SAB the best place to work. Provides guidance and promotes various initiatives/projects on organizational effectiveness such as creating job frameworks, defining accountabilities for all roles and management of organizational span of control. Oversees the hiring activities to avoid band drifts due to the lack of updated structures and vacancies with an aim of controlling cost and managing the overall strategic workforce planning.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field. Around 7 years of experience with preferred 4 years in a relevant role.
