Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee production operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality output Optimize manufacturing processes and reduce waste and downtime Supervise production teams and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve technical issues Implement continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Minimum 8 years of experience in Saudi Arabia Proven experience in one or more of the following industries:• Refrigerated transport manufacturing (Reefer trucks)• Filter manufacturing• Metal structures/steel fabrication Strong knowledge of production processes and industrial operations Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
