Role Summary The General Manager for the Regional Headquarters in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) will oversee strategic planning, business development, and operational execution for the region. Additional responsibilities include ensuring financial performance, fostering partnerships, and championing continuous improvement across all verticals. This is an on-site position based in Riyadh, KSA.

Strong understanding of financial management, revenue growth strategies, and operational excellence. Proficiency in market analysis, data interpretation, and leveraging AI-driven insights. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is highly desirable. Proven senior management experience in a global or regional leadership role. Familiarity with the latest industry trends, particularly technology and AI-driven solutions, is an asset.
Mandatory Requirement A core mandate of this role is rapid business development and market expansion. The General Manager is expected to leverage deep local networks to accelerate pipeline creation, convert strategic opportunities, and position Evalueserve as a preferred partner for strategy execution, transformation, analytics, AI, and advisory services across key Saudi sectors.
