Job Description & Summary:Alpha Consulting Group is seeking an AI Solutions Specialist to design and implement practical AI-driven solutions that automate and enhance operational workflows, improving efficiency across the organization, through utilization of AI technologies.
Responsibilities:Analyze internal processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation using AI technologies. Design and implement practical solutions leveraging AI tools, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and automation platforms. Build, test, and refine prototypes. Integrate AI tools with existing company systems, including email, data analysis tools, project management platforms, and internal workflows. Ensure the accuracy and quality of AI solution outputs. Document solutions and procedures to ensure continuity and scalability. Train internal teams on the practical use of AI tools. Uphold data governance and confidentiality policies. Monitor and evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies relevant to the work environment.
Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Management Information Systems, or a related field. Strong interest in AI and automation, with a commitment to staying up to date with the latest developments in the field. Proven experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and applying them in professional settings. Experience in designing and implementing AI-powered workflows, including system integration (APIs / Integration Tools) using No-code / Low-code platforms or equivalent. Strong process analysis and optimization skills. Fluency in both Arabic and English. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
