Job Details

You run the engine room. When a client engagement is live, you are the person making sure the right things happen in the right order, at the right pace, with the right people. You are hands-on — you do not delegate all the doing, you do a lot of it yourself. You will manage multiple programmes simultaneously in an environment where priorities shift, clients evolve their needs, and the team is lean. You stay calm, stay structured, and keep everyone else on track.
Key Responsibilities Own delivery execution across active client engagements — workplans, milestones, dependencies, actions, escalations Coordinate internal and external contributors: AI strategists, consultants, technical specialists, client teams Run client-facing governance: status meetings, progress reporting, decision tracking, risk management Drive adoption and follow-through — make sure what was agreed in a workshop actually lands in a workflow Proactively flag risks and blockers before they become problems Help build and improve the venture's delivery frameworks, templates, and programme standards Manage multiple parallel engagements without losing quality or pace on any of them
Qualifications & Experience 5–8 years in project or programme management, delivery leadership, or client service — preferably in consulting, digital, or transformation environments Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programmes with multiple senior stakeholders Hands-on delivery instinct — you do not just track; you unblock, you coordinate, you solve Strong communication: written updates, spoken escalations, and meeting facilitation all land clearly Experience with change management, adoption programmes, or transformation delivery is a strong plus PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is a plus.
