Job Summary: - Collaborate with CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategy, and hiring levels - Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning -Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met - Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention - Ensure compliance with national and local business regulations, and take appropriate action when necessary Tasks and Job Responsibilities: 1. Acts as a strategic partner on the leadership team and works closely with the team to ensure they are meeting performance expectations. 2. Coaches and develops the team to ensure they are delivering against key business metrics. 3. Looks for methods to improve quality, efficiency and productivity, reduce costs, increase profits, or improve control measures. 4. Works collaboratively to develop and/or improve systems, processes, controls and procedures that improve the overall efficiency of the center and insure excellent client service. 5. Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company..6. Manages the overall strategy, purpose, and vision of the entire Human Resources function: benefits, payroll, recruitment, learning and development, culture, performance management, and succession planning. 7. Attracts, recruits, and retains required members of the executive team not currently in place 8. Collaborates with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of the organization. 9. Demonstrates a willingness to take on new tasks with a general attitude that no task is too small, impossible, or cannot be improved. 10. Work autonomously while ensuring CEO expectations are readily met and exceeded. 11. Fosters a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company. Required Qualifications & Experience: 1. Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field required 2. MBA strongly preferred. 3. Minimum of 10 years of management experience 4. In-depth understanding of the industry including risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements 5. In-depth understanding of accounting principles including budgeting, balance sheets, income statements, cash flow, and capital planning management 6. Demonstrated strategic leadership ability Required Skills: 1. Corporate management 2. Financial planning and strategy 3. Strategic planning and vision 4. Promotion of process improvement 5.
