Role Description We are looking for a Sukuk Manager to lead the structuring and execution of Sukuk transactions. The role is hands-on and focused on managing deals end-to-end, from structuring to closing, working closely with banks, arrangers, and investors. Qualifications Expertise in Sukuk structuring, issuance, and Shariah-compliant financing Strong hands-on experience in Sukuk execution and deal closing Direct experience dealing with banks (Arrangers / Lead Managers) Proven ability to manage and close transactions end-to-end Good understanding of regulatory frameworks in Saudi Arabia. Excellent written and communication skills in English. Saudi National
