Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a PMO Manager, based in Najran. The PMO Manager will oversee the strategic alignment and execution of programs and projects, ensuring that they adhere to organizational goals. Key responsibilities include managing project portfolios, optimizing business processes, allocating resources effectively, and providing leadership to project managers. The PMO Manager will also monitor project performance, implement best practices, and facilitate decision-making to achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience in Program Management and Project Management, ensuring successful execution of large-scale initiatives.20+ years of experience is a MUST. Proficiency in Business Process Improvement and optimizing operational workflows. Expertise in Project Portfolio Management and Resource Management to align projects with strategic priorities. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to guide teams and collaborate with stakeholders. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or PMBOK. Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering,. PMP certification is a MUST. Proven ability to work on-site and manage dynamic environments effectively. Knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and related initiatives is an advantage.
