We’re looking for a Cash Purchaser to support our Riyadh operations by handling day-to-day purchasing activities using cash transactions.

This role is critical to ensuring fast, accurate, and reliable procurement of urgent items, especially in a fast-paced food production environment.

You’ll be the bridge between operations and local markets, making sure the kitchen always has what it needs, when it needs it.

Daily Purchasing

• Procure ingredients, packaging, and operational items using cash based on daily needs

  
  
  

• Visit local markets and suppliers to source required items quickly and efficiently

  
  
  

• Ensure quality, freshness, and correct quantities of purchased goods

  
  
  

Cost & Tracking

• Track daily expenses and maintain clear records of all purchases

  
  
  

• Ensure receipts, invoices, and documentation are properly collected and submitted

  
  
  

• Support basic cost control by comparing prices and suggesting better options

  
  
  

Operational Coordination

• Work closely with kitchen and operations teams to understand daily requirements

  
  
  

• Handle urgent and last-minute purchasing requests efficiently

  
  
  

• Ensure timely delivery of purchased items to the facility

  
  
  

Compliance & Accuracy

• Follow internal processes for cash handling and reporting

  
  
  

• Maintain transparency and accuracy in all transactions

  
  
  

• Support stock checks when needed

  
  
  

• 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, cashiering, or a similar role

  
  
  

• Comfortable handling cash transactions responsibly

  
  
  

• Good knowledge of local markets in Riyadh

  
  
  

• Strong sense of responsibility and trustworthiness

  
  
  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-ground role
